As the weather gets colder, the days shorter, a lot of us tend to simplify their style, grab the warmest coat in their wardrobe, that is comfortable and warm but leaves you looking like an unfashionable marshmallow. Well, this autumn 2019 it’s time to change the game, as I discover that fashion and function do work very well together. From the classic trench coat to the cozy oversized wool coat – I have found the perfect outerwear pieces to update your autumn/winter wardrobe.

New York Vibes in an oversize camel coat

I love oversize belted coats – so comfortable and at the same time super stylish.
The thick fabric belt is tied at the waist for shape definition, keeping the look feminine. It´s warm and comfortable and can be worn by anyone. However, if you’re not very tall, I would recommend wearing heels. Sure thing is, that it’s a bona fide investment piece that will last for years.

Moscow Love in a black elegant military coat

When it comes to autumn dressing, a black wool coat is always a winner.
Today’s military-style coat is a cool reinterpretation of the traditional men´s military coats. I think this style is feminine and strong in one. Definitely one of my favorite.

Prague feelings in a checked coat

Heritage checks are back in a big way for autumn with enough of an update to feel like a totally fresh proposition. Pair this stylish retro piece with smart separates to the office and trusty denim and lace-up ankle boots for autumnal weekend walks.

London lights in a classy trench coat

A trench coat is definitely an essential for every woman. In the beginning, being “just” a raincoat for the British Army, this style has become a feminine classic for women all over the world. Every style icon from Audrey Hepburn to Kate Moss love it!
